FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Payment is required in full at time of registration unless a payment plan has been approved. If a Payment Plan has been approved 25% is due at the time of registration and all other payments must be made in full by the 5th week of the program. Failure to make payments on the specified dates of your payment plan application will result in your child’s dismissal from the camp and they will not be able to return until the balance is finalized.
Make checks payable to the Town of Stowe. To pay by credit card, stop by or call with card information. A convenience fee will be added to the final balance for use of a Credit Card service.
REFUND POLICY: Registrants can receive a full refund if they notify the Parks & Recreation Department prior to the start of class.
Dissatisfaction: The registrant must provide a written refund request explaining the reason for their dissatisfaction prior to the start of the second class. Registrants can receive a full refund.
Medical Reasoning: Registrants can receive a prorated refund if they notify the Parks & Recreation department in writing and provide a written note from a medical provider verifying an extended illness.
Cancelled Programs: Refunds will be issued for programs cancelled by the Stowe Parks & Recreation Department.
No refunds will be provided in part or whole for trips, special events, ticketed events, or passes. An administration fee of $10.00 will be charged for all processed refunds and all refunds will be prorated with the exception of programs cancelled by the Parks & Recreation Department. Please be aware that refunds can take up to two weeks to process.
